Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Pixverse lately, trying to figure out all its ins and outs. One thing that bugged me was whether or not I could tweak the aspect ratio of videos. You know, like switching between that wide cinematic look and the square format for social media. So, I dove in to find out.
My Little Experiment
First things first, I fired up Pixverse. I already had a video in mind that I wanted to play with – a short clip of my cat doing, well, cat things.
- Importing the Video: Got the video into Pixverse, no problem. It’s pretty straightforward.
- Hunting for Settings: This is where I started poking around. I looked for anything that said “aspect ratio,” “dimensions,” “resize,” you name it. Checked all the menus, clicked all the buttons. Nothing obvious jumped out at me.
Digging Deeper
I will continue to explore whether some operations can indirectly meet my needs.
- Check Other Features: I see if there are any additional features I haven’t tried yet, looking for something.
- Attempt Operation: I tried using cropping and scaling tools, manually adjusting the video frame, although this isn’t the exact same as changing the aspect ratio, but it can achieve the effect I want.
The “Aha!” Moment (Kind Of)
I found that it was possible to use cropping and scaling tools to achieve the effect, and I successfully completed the effect I wanted!
