Okay, so the other day I was diving deep into the world of morphic fields. You know, those energy fields that supposedly can, like, reprogram your subconscious and stuff? Sounds wild, I know, but I’m always up for trying new things.
Anyway, I found this awesome creator, and wanted to give it a go. I use them on my iPhone, laying in bed with it on my chest or nearby. But then a question popped into my head: Are my iPhone speakers even good enough for this? Like, are they messing with the frequencies or something?
My Little Experiment Begins
First, I listened through my iPhone 13 Pro’s speakers, Put it right on my chest playing. It sounded… okay. Kinda tinny, you know? Like a phone speaker usually sounds. It plays, I could hear it, but I wasn’t sure if it was “right”.
I used a basic meditation app to track my sessions. Just to see, also, if I could feel anything change. I’ve been feeling kinda stressed from work, so that’s what I focused on, using a field supposedly for stress relief.
Next, I grabbed my old pair of wired Apple earbuds. The ones that used to come with the phone, before they decided we all needed to go wireless. Immediately, the sound was way clearer. More bass, less of that tinny-ness. I did another session, same length, same field, same focus on stress.
The Results (So Far)
- iPhone Speakers: After a few sessions, I honestly didn’t notice a huge difference. Maybe a tiny bit less on edge, but it could have been a placebo.
- Wired Earbuds: Okay, this was different. I felt… calmer. More relaxed. Like I could actually breathe a little deeper. I did this for a few days, and the feeling seemed to stick around a bit longer each time.
Now, I’m no scientist. I don’t have any fancy equipment to measure frequencies or anything. This is just my personal, totally unscientific experience.
My takeaway? I’m sticking with the earbuds for now. The sound quality is just so much better, and I feel like it’s making a difference. Maybe the iPhone speakers are good enough, technically. But for me, the earbuds just seem to provide a more… immersive and effective experience. It feels like the sound is “closer” to me, if that makes sense.
I’m going to keep experimenting. I might even try some over-ear headphones later on. But for now, the earbuds are my go-to. I’ll keep you guys posted if I notice anything else!
