Okay, so I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect MagSafe case for my iPhone 15 Plus. It’s a big phone, and I wanted something that felt good, offered decent protection, and, of course, worked flawlessly with all my MagSafe accessories.
The Initial Search
I started by browsing online, just to get a feel for what was out there. I saw tons of options – clear cases, leather ones, super-tough rugged ones… it was a bit overwhelming, to be honest.
Narrowing it Down
I knew I didn’t want anything too bulky. I like the slim profile of the iPhone, even the Plus model. I also wanted something with a good grip. This phone is a bit of a slippery beast, and I’ve had a few close calls already!
So, I started filtering my search. I focused on cases that specifically mentioned “MagSafe compatibility” and “good grip.” I also looked at a bunch of customer reviews to get past all the marketing talk.
The Experimentation Phase
I ended up ordering three different cases that seemed to fit the bill. I will tell that all the names of cases here.

The Results
Here’s what I found:
- The first case, I found it looked nice, the MagSafe was strong, but it was still a bit too slick for my liking.
- The second case, felt amazing in my hand. Super grippy, and the MagSafe worked perfectly. But, I was a little worried about how well it would hold up over time. Silicone can sometimes get a bit… sticky or attract lint.
