Okay, so here’s the deal. I’ve been using Fubo for a while, and I’ve logged into my account on like, a bunch of devices. My phone, my tablet, my smart TV, my friend’s TV when I was over there… you get the picture. It got to a point where I was like, “I need to clean this up.” So, I went on a mission to sign out of all these devices at once.
First, I grabbed my laptop and opened up a web browser. I remembered something about being able to manage devices from the website, so I typed in the address, then I try to open account but it doesn’t work.
Feeling a bit stuck, I decided to try the Fubo app on my phone. I tapped the app open, and poked around the settings, but no luck.
I went back to the website, I type the correct address this time, it’s the “roku-connect” one. Then I saw my account and then I click the logout button.
But then I realized, “Wait, what about all those other devices?” So, I started thinking, maybe I should just contact customer support? I found their contact information online, and gave them a call.
The person on the other end was pretty helpful, they said they didn’t currently have a magic button to log out of everything at once, but they were working on it. It’s one of those things that’s apparently more complicated than it seems.
So, I guess for now, it’s a bit of a manual process. But at least I know I’m not the only one who wants this feature, and hopefully, they’ll add it soon. Maybe they should add this feature.
That’s my story about trying to sign out of all my Fubo devices. It wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped, but hey, I learned something new, and maybe this will help someone else out there, too.
