Alright, guys, so the other day I was trying to figure out how to watch my favorite sports without cable, and fuboTV kept popping up. The price seemed a bit steep for just me, so I thought, “Hey, why not share an account with a buddy?” Seemed simple enough, right? Well, it turned out to be a bit more involved than I initially thought, so here is my story.
First, I signed up for a fuboTV account. Picked a plan, entered my credit card info, the usual stuff. I made very sure to remember my login details—email and password—because, you know, that’s kinda important.
Then, I called up my friend, let’s call him “Mike”. and I tried to explain what my plan is. “Dude, wanna split the cost of fuboTV? We can watch all the games!” That was me, being all enthusiastic.
Figuring out the Device Limits
Now, here’s where it got interesting. We couldn’t just both log in willy-nilly. We had to figure out how many devices fuboTV allows at the same time. So, I dug into their help section, and there was some fine print about simultaneous streams.
And finally, I find out that the Standard plan, let’s you watch on two devices at once. But, if you want more. You gotta pay more!
Next up I tried to add more devices. I found out that fuboTV has this “Family Share” or “Unlimited Screens” thing as an add-on. Family Share, in my mind, was made for this. You could add more streams for a few extra bucks a month.
Setting Up the Ground Rules
We also had a chat about how we’d use the account. “No hogging the streams during the big games, Mike!” I told him. We basically made a gentlemen’s agreement on who gets priority when there are scheduling * know, basic stuff to avoid drama.
Finally,I Shared my login details with Mike. I made super sure I typed everything correctly. It is not a good idea to have your account information taken away from you!
And that’s that! Mike and I are now enjoying all the sports goodness of fuboTV, without any complications!
