Okay, so I’ve been rocking a black iPhone for a while, and I’m kinda picky about keeping it looking good. I’ve always been a “clear case” kinda guy, ’cause I like to show off the phone’s design, you know? But the problem is, those clear cases can get nasty real fast.
So, this time, I was determined to find a clear case that would actually stay clear. I started by hitting up the usual spots online, just browsing around to see what was out there.I scrolled through a bunch of options, reading reviews, comparing prices, the whole nine yards.
My Case Hunt Journey
- First Try: I grabbed a cheap one from a random online store. Big mistake! It looked okay for, like, a week, then started yellowing and getting all scratched up. Total waste of money.
- Second Try: I upped my budget a bit and got one that was supposedly “scratch-resistant” and “anti-yellowing.” It was better, but still… after a month or two, it started looking kinda dingy.
- Third time is Charm!:I found it and it worked great for a very long * far so good!
It’s been a few months now, and I gotta say, I’m pretty happy with the case. There some tiny scratches, but you really have to look for them. And best of all, it’s still crystal clear – no yellowing whatsoever!
The thing is, keeping a clear case clean on a black iPhone is something a lot of people don’t realize. It’s actually kinda tricky because every little speck of dust, every fingerprint, every scratch shows up so much more on a dark phone.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure with clear cases and black iPhones. Hope this helps someone out there avoid the same mistakes I made!
