Honestly, the stress tracking felt a bit…vague. It would tell me I was stressed when I felt fine, and vice versa. Maybe I just don’t understand my own stress levels. The ECG thing was cool, I guess, but not something I’d use regularly.
My Final Verdict (and What I Did)
After a week of double-wristing, I had to make a choice. And honestly? I ended up sending the Sense 2 back. For my everyday needs, the Versa 3 did everything I wanted. The extra features of the Sense 2, while interesting, didn’t really justify the extra cost for me. If you’re super into detailed health data, or you have a specific need for those extra sensors, the Sense 2 might be worth it. But for a regular person just trying to track their activity and sleep, the Versa 3 is a fantastic, and more affordable, option.
