So, the other day I was wondering if I could watch FuboTV at my place and my buddy’s place at the same time. We’re both huge sports fans, and sometimes we like to watch different games simultaneously. I did a deep dive, and here’s what I found out after messing around with it.
My Setup
First, I have a Fubo subscription, the basic one, I am not the rich man. I mainly watch on my smart TV at home. My friend, he uses his phone or tablet mostly. The question was: could we both be logged in and watching different streams at the same time, in different places?
Experiment Time
I logged into my Fubo account on my TV. Worked like a charm, no issues. Then, I had my friend log into my account on his phone while he was at his apartment. Here’s where it got interesting.
- First Attempt: He got in! We were both watching, different channels, different locations. I thought, “Awesome, this is working!”
- Second Attempt: My friend tried to watch on his smart TV, and things went south. My TV at home was suddenly kicked off!
Digging Deeper
Okay, so clearly there were some limits. I tried to be smart, and I did a little more testing to figure out the exact rules.
I realized Fubo lets you stream on multiple devices, it’s depend on my account level. But, and this is a big BUT, it seems like they really want to limit you. Fubo said if you want more stream, just pay more!
The Conclusion
So, can you watch Fubo in multiple locations? The short answer is, It’s depend on how many streams you have paid.
If you want to watch in other place? Sure, just upgrade and pay!
