Okay, so I finally got my hands on the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Of course, the first thing I did after unboxing it (besides, you know, admiring it) was slap a case on it. I’m not about to risk scratching or, heaven forbid, dropping this expensive piece of tech. After some looking around, I decided to go with a Speck case. Here’s how it went down:
Choosing the Right One
First, I scrolled through tons of options online. There are SO many cases out there, it’s kinda overwhelming. But I’ve used Speck before and always liked their stuff, so I narrowed my search to their brand. They’ve got a few different styles, some clear, some colorful, some more rugged.
The Purchase and Unboxing
I ordered it, and It arrived pretty fast, like two days. Opened the package, and there it was. The case itself came in a simple cardboard box – nothing fancy.
Putting it On
- I popped my iPhone out of its original box.
- Clean the phone, I Gave it a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth to get rid of any dust or fingerprints.
- Snapped the Speck case on. It was pretty easy, just aligned the phone and pressed it in. It fit snugly, no wiggling or looseness.
Checking it Out
Once the case was on, I checked all the buttons and ports. Everything lined up perfectly. The buttons were still nice and clicky, and the charging port was easily accessible. The case has a raised lip around the screen and the camera, which is great for extra protection. The texture is not slippery, this is important.
Living with It
I’ve been using the phone with the Speck case for a few days now, and so far, so good. It feels solid and protected, and it doesn’t add too much bulk to the phone. It still looks pretty stylish, too. My clumsy self, It gives me some peace of mind knowing my phone is a little safer.
Overall, I’m happy with my Speck case. It seems like it’ll do a good job of protecting my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it wasn’t crazy expensive. Mission accomplished!
