Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this game, Monopoly Go, and I ran into a little snag. Needed to get in touch with their customer service, and let me tell you, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be. So, I figured I’d share my little adventure here, in case anyone else is scratching their heads over it.
First off, I fired up the game on my phone, ready to roll the dice. Everything’s going great until I hit a problem I couldn’t figure out on my own. No biggie, I thought, I’ll just shoot them a message. Easier said than done.
I started poking around the app, looking for that magic “Contact Us” button. Nada. Zilch. I tapped on the menu icon, that little stack of lines they use, you know, the hamburger menu. Went into Settings, thinking it had to be in there. And bingo, there was something labeled “Customer Service”. I thought I was home-free.

Clicked on that, and it threw me into this FAQ section. You know, the usual stuff, “How do I do this?” and “What’s the deal with that?” It was okay, I guess. A bunch of common questions with answers. But it wasn’t what I needed. I needed to talk to a real person, or at least send a message to one.

After scrolling through that for a bit, I finally spotted something about creating a new support ticket. That sounded promising. So I tapped on it, filled out the form with my issue, hit send, and hoped for the best.
By the way, here’s a little tip I picked up. If you want to get their newsletter, you can sign up for that in the settings too. Just go to “Manage Account” and then “News Subscription,” and punch in your email. Easy peasy.

And that’s the whole shebang. It took a bit of digging around, but I finally managed to send off my cry for help. Now, it’s just a waiting game. Hopefully, they’ll get back to me soon, and I can get back to building my little virtual empire. Fingers crossed!
