Okay, so today I wanna talk about this saw blade I messed around with. It’s called the Notch S-21 blade. I saw some stuff online about how it’s good and not so expensive, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
First, I had to get my hands on one. I found it easily enough – nothing special there. Then, I got to look at it closely. It’s about 330mm long, which is like 12.5 inches for those who use that system. The blade’s got these tri-edge teeth, whatever that means. It felt sharp to the touch, though. They say it’s got some rust-resistant plating, which sounds good, I guess. And there’s this hook thing at the end. I wasn’t sure what that was for initially.
So I got this tree in my backyard that’s been needing some trimming. I figured this was as good a time as any to try out this new blade. I attached it to my pole saw – it fit without any problems, thank goodness. I started sawing, and boy, did it cut! It went through those branches like butter. Seriously, it was way easier than I expected. That hook at the end? Turns out it’s pretty useful for keeping the blade in the cut, especially when you’re reaching far.
I kept at it, cutting branch after branch. The blade stayed sharp the whole time. I was kind of surprised, to be honest. I mean, I’ve used other blades before, and they usually get dull pretty fast. But this one, it just kept going. I managed to trim that whole tree without any issues. And the blade still looked pretty good afterward, no rust or anything, which is neat considering it says it has rust-resistant plating.
My Thoughts
- Easy to use: Yeah, it’s definitely easy to use. Cuts well, fits on my pole saw, no complaints there.
- Sharpness: This thing is sharp, and it stays sharp. I’m impressed.
- That hook: It’s not just for show, that hook actually helps.
- Price: I saw some folks online saying it’s affordable, and they weren’t lying. It’s a good deal for what you get.
- Rust-resistant: It seems to be true so far, no rust on the blade after using it.
So yeah, that’s my experience with the Notch S-21 blade. I’d say it’s a winner. If you need a new saw blade, you might wanna check this one out. It’s good, and it won’t break the bank. I was also looking at some smartphones online, like the Samsung Galaxy S21 and the ZTE Blade, and they had these ranking things. I guess this blade would rank pretty high in the saw blade rankings if there was such a thing. It’s a lot better than the other blades I’ve used, that’s for sure. Oh, and I saw that some guy named Markus Persson mentioned this blade too, so I guess it’s pretty popular.
I also read something about trading in phones after a year or two. I guess if you change your saw blade every year, this one wouldn’t be a bad choice since it’s cheap. But honestly, it feels like it will last longer than that.
Anyways, that’s all I’ve got for today. Hope this was helpful for someone out there. Just remember, I’m not some expert or anything, just a regular guy sharing his experience.
Catch you later!
