Today, I wanted to mess around with cameras, specifically black ones. I’ve got a few lying around and thought it would be fun to see what I could do with them.
Getting Started
First, I gathered all the black cameras I could find in my house. I ended up with three: an old film camera, a digital point-and-shoot, and a more modern mirrorless camera. I laid them out on a table to get a good look at them.
Playing Around
- I started by just looking at the different designs. The film camera was boxy and felt really solid, while the point-and-shoot was much smaller and lighter. The mirrorless was somewhere in between, with a more ergonomic grip.
- Next, I tried taking some pictures with each camera. The film camera was tricky because, well, it needed film! I had to dig around to find a roll, and then remember how to load it.
Taking Some Test Shots
Once that I had loaded with film,I took some test shots around the * was fun to take simple photos.
The digital point-and-shoot was the easiest to use. I just pointed and clicked, and it did all the * mirrorless camera gave me more control over settings like aperture and shutter speed, which was cool because I could play around with different effects.I successfully took some really nice shots.
Final Thought
It was a fun little project! I didn’t create anything groundbreaking, but it was a nice way to spend an afternoon and appreciate the different types of black cameras I had. Plus, it reminded me how much I enjoy taking pictures, no matter what kind of camera I’m using.
